Servicio Exhiba Pick Up

Order Pickup Policies – Exhiba Pick Up Service
To ensure an efficient and secure service, the following policies apply to all in-store order pickups:
1. Identification and Verification
The customer must present a screenshot of the order or the order number.
If a third party is picking up the order, they must present:
  • A copy or photo of the buyer's official ID.
  • The official ID of the authorized person picking up the order.
  • A screenshot of the order.
2. Delivery Confirmation
The person picking up the order must sign the ticket and write down:
  • Date of pickup.
  • Full name.
  • Signature of conformity.
Upon delivery, the merchandise will be shown to the customer for visual inspection and verification.
3. Exchanges and Cancellations
  • Exchanges: No product exchanges are accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Cancellations: Only applicable if the order is canceled within the same calendar month and within a maximum of 5 business days following the purchase date (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count).
  • Fees: Cancellations are subject to a 10% penalty fee of the total amount due to storage and administrative service costs.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method, or substituted for merchandise of equal or lesser value.
4. Uncollected Orders (Storage Period)
Orders will be held in storage for a maximum of 15 calendar days from the purchase date. Once this period expires, the order will be transferred to our Distribution Center (CEDIS), and the customer must pick it up directly from the CEDIS headquarters.
5. In-Store Pickup Hours
Exhiba Magno Centro Joyero
  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
6. CEDIS Pickup Hours (Distribution Center)
  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
7. Notifications
We will send notifications regarding order fulfillment, packaging status, and when the order is ready for pickup to the email address and WhatsApp number registered on the order form. For privacy and security reasons, no information will be shared with unregistered contact numbers.
 
 
8. Privacy and Order Ownership
We do not share your information with third parties. Order information is provided exclusively to the account holder or the authorized person listed under section 1.
